Fundación Proa bids farewell with great sadness to one of its founders, collaborator and great artist, SERGIO AVELLO, who passed away on May, 24th.
Sergio was with us since Fundación Proa’s beginning. He was a great co-worker and brought intelligence and sensitivity to all our initiatives.
His work was immense and of great value; it left an unmistakable trace in several spaces along our city as well as in the landscapes of our country. We remember him warmly and grieve his absence, feeling grateful for all he has left us.
His friends and co-workers invite all to honor him this Thursday May 27th at 18.00hs at Malba’ s esplanade. A picture of all of those present will be taken by his work “Volumen” to remember the artist.
Malba: Av. Figueroa Alcorta 3415. Buenos Aires.
We also invite you to keep posting images of Sergio at our Facebook Wall >>
